The real dashboard stays private. This public window receives a deliberately small, sanitized status snapshot: enough to show the project is alive without exposing camera addresses, credentials, tokens, controls, private training frames, or your home network.

The publishing layer handles platform delivery, timing, retries, duplicates, and GPU-assisted media work.
